12 Red prawns of Mazara
150 grams of dried chickpeas
1 carrot
1/2 Onion
1 Celery Coast
2 sprigs of cauliflower
1 Laurel Leaf
1 teaspoon curry
Salt, pepper and E.V.O. oil Taste
In a large enough saucepan, we put the diced carrot, the chopped onion, the cauliflower, the celery, the laurel leaf and the chickpeas. We cover the whole with water and cook for 40-50 ' or, however, until the chickpeas are cooked. After cooking the chickpeas, we put the clean prawns (then deprived of carapace and gut) on a steamer that adageremo on a pot with water, salt and curry for 5 '. While the prawns cook, we prepare the cream of chickpeas. We then put the vegetables and chickpeas in a mixer with little cooking water and mix.
Pour the cream of chickpeas on a bottom plate, place the prawns in the middle and complete the presentation with a sprig of rosemary, salt, pepper and a drizzle of oil.
