Bomb Rosettes

If today you have absolutely no desire to cook but do not want to give up eating something delicious and tasty, this is the dish that is for you. An original idea to taste and revisit a classic sandwich with salami and cheese. These rosettes will enclose a heart of tastes and flavors that you can interpret as you think best. This version has been made with cuts of charcuterie but you can safely use the salami in slices, vegetables, sausage, in short, liberate the imagination and enjoy these bombs of flavor!

4 Rosettes
500 grams of cured meat crops
E.V.O. Oil and dry oregano to taste

We cut the meats and cheeses into cubes. Remove the upper part of the rosettes then priviamole, gently, of the crumb. We fill the rosettes with cubes of salami and cheese, taking care to finish with some dice of cheese in such a way that, melting, seal the bread again.

 

 

Close the rosettes, ungiamone the surface with a drizzle of oil and sprinkle, finally, with oregano. We wrap the sandwiches in the foil and we supply, in preheated oven, for 20 ' to 210 °. Bake and taste.

We serve the hot rosettes taking care not to cut them in such a way that, at every bite, the condiment remains perfectly compacted inside the bread without falling.
