Sandwich with Roast Beef

We saw, a few days ago, how to prepare a good Roast Beef. Today, I want to offer you a sandwich full of flavor to exalt this succulent meat. A mix of very tasty ingredients that get married with wonder. As usual is a simple sandwich, but why not prepare it from real gourmet? But let's proceed with order and see what we need.

4 Sandwiches
400 grams of Roast Beef
4 handfuls of Rocket
2 purple cabbage leaves
1 onion
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 Pickle Cucumbers
Yogurt, curry and thyme mayonnaise to taste

Let's start our recipe by preparing the flavored mayonnaise. In a bowl we put the mayonnaise together with curry and thyme leaves. Mix well and we will get an excellent flavored sauce. In a frying pan, put the onion cut into slices, the vinegar and some water. Let's wither a little then add the sugar.

 

 

As soon as the onion has caramelized and has absorbed all the liquids, we can turn it off and prepare to assemble the sandwich. Smear the mayonnaise on both halves of the bread, then lay down, on the lower part of the same, the roast beef.

 

 

Put the pickle cut into slices then the onions and a socket of arugula.

 

Let's finish with julienne-cut cabbage. We close the sandwich and prepare to taste it.
